Purpose of Role
-
Supporting Condair operations as a trusted resource by providing key financial insight, reporting, strategy, and analysis, for the business
-
Managing FP&A, General Accounting, Operations & Cost Accounting, and Treasury services activities
-
Working as a business partner to other team members
-
Full financial responsibility for the legal entity, on both locations (Center & Richmond)
-
Leading Local Finance Team in Richmond and Center (Production Facilities)

Requirements, Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Being responsible for financials of two facilities (managing closing activities and deal with relevant stakeholders)
-
All Daily, Monthly, Annual Accounting activities including sub-ledger management, AR collections, AP, GL, Treasury cash management
-
All Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities required for monthly, annual reporting to board of directors and parent. Ad-Hoc reporting as required
-
Daily, Monthly, Annual operations financial analysis and cost accounting including standard costs maintenance, variance analysis, operations product profitability analysis, Operations KPI data management, other Ad-Hoc analysis as required

Managing cash planning, forecasting, treasury functions for the division
-
Preparation and analysis of financial and operational reports for local Sales and Operations Department
-
Preparation and variance analysis Annual Operating Budget and forecast requirements for the division
-
Other Ad-hoc support for several financial topics (e.g. insurance or risk handling)

Developing the financial setup of a new facility and proactively give inputs to the project team
-
Developing and leading a team of local finance managers

Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies:

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
-
Minimum 5 years experience in general accounting
-
Minimum 5 years experience responsible for FP&A reporting, analysis.
-
Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
-
Solid understanding of local financial regulations and accounting principles
-

Language Skills:
-
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization from manufacturing floor to board of directors
-

Reasoning Ability:
-
Be able to function in a fast-paced office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment in a professional manner
-
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment as well as cross departmentally
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Computer Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
-
Minimum 3 years experience working within ERP business software environment (Preferably Acumatica, SAP)

Other:
-
Ability to work additional hours as required in support of a project assignment.

Experience In Project Management and leading of a team is a plus
-
Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing requirements

Ability to travel domestically (as needed to manage facility in Center, Texas)
